BABYSITTING SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please fill out the form that comes with this leaflet and fill out all the necessary details.

2. You must leave contact details of exactly where you will be during your time away so that the babysitter can get in contact with you should the need arise.

3. You should discuss any health issues your child/children have, with your babysitter when they arrive.

4. In signing this agreement, you agree to make all bookings through Nurturing Hands, private approaches to any babysitter from our agency is not permitted. If we are aware that you have approached a babysitter privately you will no longer be able to use our services and no further
bookings or refunds of monies will be made. You will be liable in damages to Nurturing Hands in respect of all past, present and future losses of business.

5. In the event of a cancellation, no refund will be given if you cancel less than 2 hours before the booked arrival time of your babysitter, before that you will receive 50% refund.

6. The cost of our babysitting service is as follows (minimum of 3 hours):

Before midnight £8 per hour After midnight £10 per hour

We also charge a one-off admin fee of £5 per babysitter per night. If you have 3 children under the age of 5 years old or more than 4 children you will require 2 babysitters.

7. Although we have carried out all the checks necessary with regards to our babysitters, we cannot be held liable as a company for any misfortunes or incidents that occur whilst your child/children are in the babysitters care.

8. Nurturing Hands has the right to cancel this agreement by giving 14 days notice in writing.

9. In the event of a babysitter cancelling at short notice Nurturing Hands will endeavour to find a replacement, however this is not always possible and in this situation we cannot be held responsible and all monies will be repaid to you.

10. Please notify us immediately if there are any changes that need to be made with regards to the babysitting booking.

14. In case of any dispute English Law shall apply.
